Retreat Itinterary

Day 1

  • Arrive, check in, and settle into your assigned room. Pick up your retreat swag bag and take time to explore the beautiful retreat grounds, connect with other attendees, and begin preparing your heart for a weekend of renewal and restoration.

  • Join us as we officially begin our retreat experience. We'll share a warm welcome, review important housekeeping details, walk through the weekend itinerary, answer questions, and introduce our journal reflection prompts. This is your opportunity to transition from the demands of daily life into a space of rest, reflection, and expectation.

  • Enjoy a delicious meal and meaningful conversation as we gather around the table and begin building connections with one another.

  • Our first teaching session will set the foundation for the weekend, inviting us to reflect, release, and embrace the renewal God has prepared for us.

  • Gather in a smaller group setting for discussion, reflection, and practical application of the evening's message.

  • Join us around the campfire for an intimate evening of worship, prayer, reflection, and connection under the stars. Bring a light jacket and bug spray as we spend time in God's presence together.

  • Return to your room for personal reflection, journaling, prayer, and rest. Allow yourself to fully embrace the gift of slowing down and preparing for a new day.

If you're not quite ready to turn in for the evening, you're welcome to spend time in the Rest & Prepare Room or enjoy quiet fellowship outdoors. We simply ask that all conversations and activities remain respectful of those who may be retiring for the night, keeping noise levels to a minimum so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and restorative retreat experience.

Day 2

  • Start the morning with a nourishing breakfast and fellowship before beginning our day together.

  • Begin the day centered in God's Word through a guided devotional time designed to encourage, inspire, and prepare your heart for what lies ahead.

  • A focused opportunity for deeper discussion, personal reflection, and encouragement in a smaller group environment.

  • Continue the journey of growth and connection through meaningful conversations and practical takeaways.

  • Enjoy lunch followed by time to relax, journal, take a walk, visit the Big Oak Tree, or simply enjoy the peaceful retreat setting.

  • Our final session will bring together the lessons, reflections, and revelations of the weekend as we prepare to leave refreshed, renewed, restored, and equipped for the journey ahead.

  • As our time together comes to a close, we will gather one final time for prayer, encouragement, and a special sending forth as you return home renewed and restored.
